At Hughmary, your satisfaction is important to us. We want you and your pet to love every item you purchase from our store. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a simple and flexible return policy.

Return Eligibility
You may return your item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Tags and original packaging must be intact

  • The item must be free from pet hair, stains, or damage

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Pet grooming products (unless defective)

How to Initiate a Return
To start the return process, please contact our support team at help@hughmary.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return. We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with instructions and return address details.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect, defective, or damaged upon arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost return parcels.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 3–7 business days. Please note that shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to order a different size or item, please return the original item and place a new order.
